01Who we are
Frostlynx Group S.R.L. is responsible for your personal data on this site. In legal terms, we are the data controller.

For anything about your data, write to us at [email protected].
02Visiting the site
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers. We can’t see who you are when you visit.
Our host, Cloudflare, handles basic technical data on every visit: your IP address, your browser, the page you opened and the time. It needs this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don’t use it to identify you.
Your browser keeps one small note while the tab is open, so the opening animation plays only once. It holds no personal data, it’s gone when you close the tab, and because it only remembers a display setting, it doesn’t need your consent.
Fonts and images load from our own site, so a visit sends nothing to Google or any ad network.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a site that works and is safe (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
03Emailing us
When you write to us, we get your name, your email address and whatever you put in the message, like details about your idea or your company. We use them to reply, to talk through your project and, if you ask, to send you an offer.
We don’t add you to a newsletter and we don’t send you marketing.
We keep these emails for up to 2 years after our last conversation, then delete them. If you become a client, section 04 applies instead.
Legal basis: the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering messages (art. 6(1)(f)).
04Working with us
When we work together, we use your contact and company details and whatever we need for the project, the contract and the invoices.
We keep contracts, invoices and accounting records for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires, currently up to 10 years. Other project emails and files we keep for 3 years after the project ends, the general time limit for legal claims in Romania, then delete them.
If what we build for you stores data about your own customers, you decide how that data is used. A separate data processing agreement between us covers it, not this page.
Legal basis: our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal duties under accounting and tax law (art. 6(1)(c)).
05Who else handles it
We never sell your data and we don’t share it for advertising. Only these companies handle it, and only to do their job for us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Google runs our email and file storage (Google Workspace).
- Our accountant, invoicing service and bank handle client details on invoices and payments.
- Public authorities, such as the Romanian tax authority (ANAF), when the law requires it.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. Those transfers are protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Inside Frostlynx, only the people who work with you can see your data.
06Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- send it to you or to another company in a common format
- stop using it, where we rely on our legitimate interest
Write to [email protected]. It’s free and we reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so nobody else can get your data.
If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
07Good to know
You don’t have to give us any data to use this site. To reply to you we need your email address, and to work together we need the details the law asks for on contracts and invoices.
We don’t make automated decisions about you and we don’t build profiles.
Links to other sites, like our brands, take you to pages with their own privacy rules.
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
